Week 4 - Sunday - February 19, 2006

I had six miles planned for today, however, I neglected to remind myself that I would be in New Hampshire.....in the mountains! The temperature was about 20 degrees and the entire run consisted of very steep hills going up.....and of course....very steep hills going down! I really realized on this run how much going up the hills make you work and how much the going down the hills hurt! I did make it 6 miles and consider this a great workout, having to stop only once, going up the last really steep hill.
