Week 6 - Thursday - March 2, 2006

Today was not good. I was supposed to do 5 miles, however, after about 2.3, my legs hurt and my knees hurt to the point where I had to take a break. After walking for awhile, I tried running again and it hurt more. I ended up walking about 1.5 miles home. This was very discouraging. Luckily, tomorrow is a rest day. I'll warm everything up and stretch well. I have had alot of good days and I guess there will be bad days. Let's hope that April 17 is one of the good days. Rabbi, please order us some good weather and a big jar of Ibuprofen!
