Week 6 - Tuesday - February 28, 2006

It is still very cold outside and my legs are still a little sore so I decided to run indoors on the treadmill. This way, I won't have to bundle up and try and navigate in, over and around the snow and ice. The treadmill is also a bit padded so my legs won't get beat up as much.

It has been over a month since I had to use the treadmill and in the past, I've hated it. This time, however, I felt good. I did four miles comfortably while in the past, three miles on the treadmill was painful. My legs must be getting stronger and they don't seem to hurt that much. This was a great run mentally!
