Week 7 - Wednesday - March 7, 2006

Again, I took my time stretching and heating everything up with the heating pad. My knee was hurting before I left the house and after a half a block, I decided not to run. I don't want to hurt my knees and realize that I may need a few days for my knees not to hurt. After 7 weeks of constant pounding on my legs, my knees are not letting me run. I'm hoping that after a few days of my anti-inflamatories, they will be fine again. Going forward, I have decided to do a few things....

1 - take a few days off

2 - do other cardio excersizes that won't put the strain on my knees such as the eliptical machine and bike riding.

3 - call my doctor again.
